FC Tooro Queens will compete in the 2026/27 Finance Trust Bank FUFA Women Elite League as part of the newly introduced Western Conference.
The new season kicks off on 18 October 2026, with Tooro Queens among six clubs competing in the Western Conference alongside She Kasese FC, Kitara Queens FC, Boni Consil Girls FC, Buheesi Valley WFC and She Gist FC.
The new three-conference format — Western, Central and Elgon — is designed to make the competition more geographically structured while reducing travel and logistical demands.
Each conference will play three rounds, with the strongest teams progressing to a final mini-league to determine the overall FUFA Women Elite League champion. The top two teams in the mini-league will earn promotion to the FUFA Women Super League for the 2027/28 season.
For FC Tooro Queens, the campaign marks another important step in the club's journey to compete at the highest level of women's football in Uganda — with the Western Conference and the road to promotion now ahead.
The Country Queens are ready.
