We witnessed the resilience and determination of young girls pursuing their football dreams, supported by a team that provides mentorship, guidance, educational sponsorships, and opportunities beyond the pitch.
Through interactive menstrual health sessions, we explored myths, misconceptions, body changes, and personal hygiene, reminding the girls that just like their unique roles on the pitch, every girl's menstrual experience is different.
The Country Queens went on to give their all in an exciting match that ended in a draw, but the victory extended beyond the pitch. Through our partnership, SRK International provided sanitary pads to support the girls throughout the season, allowing them to focus on their education and football without the worry of accessing menstrual products.
Together, we're empowering girls to play with confidence, learn without barriers, and pursue their dreams.
